cant sleep, still awake though already tired & sleepy at very earlier 12am just now..

still hasn't came yet but stomach also has been getting pain more than a week, usually its 5-7 days..  have been worrying... sleepy, will sleep then as need to wake up early at 730am yet. have been only sleeping 4-5 hrs only at every day...

will send citrus and hampers to suppliers and give the payment cheques in noon

have been busy work till morning 9am, then went to sleep at 10am till 2pm on the past 2 days but still have to answer the incoming calls no matter how sleepy and tired i was..

didnt see him for 2 days now... think he has been busy at studying for the exam which not left many days..

Air-Cond

just get done install the air-cond in my room half an hour ago.. now i will not feel hot when work and sleep in room at day and nite, have used abt 4-6 months to wait and find the 2nd-hand, good quality (York - best in world), only used for 2-3 years and cheaper price of air-cond. It is only cost RM350 and installation RM150 instead of RM1000 - RM1100 for the new one which not including install yet. Feel better now...

0427pm Annoying of Indian driver who has started change his attitude at work now, being rude.

very irritated abt the Indian driver now, he is starting become bad now, often being rude talk back defiantly to me and the Chinese driver, he even bully his follower. Now the Indian follower becomes have good attitude now.

11.01.12 - 1221am He even keeps calling me recently at almost every morning from 630am - 8am, really so annoying as he phoned to ask me woke up to open the gate door for him to come in to punch the attendance card . Was just talking serious with him when he came back at 8pm just now that no more this thing happens, and never happened from other workers on me before since the past 7-8 years till recently, that isn't my job but my maid instead as she wakes up at 630am. He said if i dun open the door the how could he comes in with higher voice impolitely -.-  He was previously standing at the gate wait till my maid saw him then just open the gate or wait for the Chines driver comes i gave him the auto gate remote control key. Started to talk abt the tough and long distance trips, asked me to tell the chinese driver to send from now on to Taiping . Give him the short trips and easy to load and unload from factory to factory yesterday as i know he wont have lot time to send all the 3 trips after get the truck in workshop as the truck get done in 10am. But he blamed me that he would rather want to send the stocks to farm area. Previously he was unsatisfied the trips send to the farm now he blaming abt the easy trips, so what kind of trips he wants now ??!! . On last week already told him to drive the truck to the far away of truck workshop for repairation, put the truck there for few days till MON drive back. Asked him to discuss with the boss if can borrow his motorcycle to drive back office here then will drive there again on MON morning to take the truck after fixed, but he told to the workshop boss said I ask him to bring them home (driver and the follower after the day of work on past FRI) [MOTZ]. I was told by the boss when i called to ask him as it was late but both workers still haven't came back yet. Reminded both indian workers on SUN again to use either one of their motorcycle to the workshop, but they called me yseterday morning told me the follower MC's road tax was expired already, didnt renew since long time. Where the driver's MC cant take another person on his MC as there was a problem of his MC abt the rear side. Indian driver asked me to use my car bring them both to the workshop . That is no such thing can be allowed, cannot just whatever they ask them i will listen to them!! Except it is near to my place as usually will do that but not for the long distance even I'm a girl driving alone without a trusted guy company me, i cant trust them both when we were in the car!!! Can't imaging what possibility bad things will happen then, eg: Use a knife point to me while i drive and ask me get out the car and change to let them drive and drive to other place like green wild place that no people can get to find, and then bad things happen on me and grab my car?!?! I wont be that so silly, as the case like this kind have ever happened here recent years few times already in KL and some other places in Msia. Then he asked what abt he drives my car to the workshop. (Then the follower drives to the loading factory, after load the stock when on the way back to customer's side, will then drop off my car which was the way as i telling them to use the MC instead, not my car) Finally, i have no choice, let them drove my car and warned them must park and drive the car legal, else they have to pay if got ticket or for the lost if accident.

GOAL IN YEAR 2012

I WANT TO BE A SUCCESSFUL BUSINESS WOMAN IN DAD'S BUSINESS, HAVE TO BE AND I WILL NO MATTER HOW TOUGH!!! I will make the business still can be running well, stable and smoothly while I'm away not in my country, make things become much easier in the way at work.

Always wanted to lead my all customers and suppliers in the way of how their work into the IT world e-globalisation which is much easier and effective. But sigh, who would listen to me? Who I'm to them? I owe a lot of money to them and not supply enough of stocks to them as well. I'm not very success as good as dad. AN always asks me have to do in this way, but they are the older people of bosses (age 50-70) in their business who always stick to the traditional ways which they think more safer. Of course their transactions record are done in computerised system but just dont do online at work like create D/O, P/O, invoices and send through the internet. Except there are only 2 customers who are the contemporary as me (their dad let them (many brothers and sisters) run the business themselves with their own ways). They use the IT way in business as me like email but not sure if they use online e-banking and online communication way as or not. More than the half of owners in this kind of business - (farming/livestock) are sticking to the old fashion though they do the export, import and to the south regions of deals in the business.

And I want all the workers be scared of me, so they will be more responsible and be good attitude at their work. The only 1 way is, the company has to grow bigger and they will be scared, thus be more alerted of themselves from being make mistakes or stealing as they will be scared being fired.

Have to be more confident and strong not matter what matters happen!!!

And so I can run the business if I'm married to DK, coz it will be hard for me to learn Danish and work there, it takes time. So if the business becomes stable, then i dun have to wake up at midnite to work there.
